Whilst we have junior classes specifically for children up to 12/13, we also run a mixed class for a mix of ages and abilities.
You will learn new skills, get fit, gain confidence and learn self defence.
We take all abilities into consideration. The training involves learning patterns, blocks, punches, kicks, improving fitness levels and also learning set sparring techniques.
